Almond Butter Pudding

1 banana

2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

3 tbsp almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tbsp flax seeds, ground (optional)

1 small handful of blueberries

Dash of cinnamon (optional)

1. With a fork or in a blender mash bananas, almond butter and almond milk together.

2. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes or up to 24 hours.

3. Top with flax seeds, blueberries and cinnamon.
