If this is the case, I have created a wonderful place for you to start on your health journey.  No diets, just small tweaks in your day-to-day living to create lasting change.

This 28-day program is for people who want to feel better, sleep better, have clearer and brighter skin, be more active and understand what healthy living is all about.  Let's restore balance in this fast paced world!

Now, this isn't a magic pill and I can't do the work for you.  I will be your accountability partner for the next 4 weeks to get you headed in the right direction.  I will be there every step of the way so you can gain confidence in your ability to find wellness.

It is totally doable and I can help show you how.  All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try.  It's the first 28 days of the rest of your life!  Commit to learning how to take care of yourself and make a change.

This plan is customized to you and we will work with your strengths and tweak your habits so you can get the most out of this program.  We will have three 30 minute phone calls throughout this journey (plus email support, whenever you need it) setting attainable goals, celebrate your progress and discuss your specific needs and wants.

My approach is that we are all individuals.  I do not believe one method or eating style is best for everyone.  We will look into what you are already doing and make it healthier and more sustainable.  Now, I'm not saying every part will be easy.  Change does take a lasting commitment but with me by your side for the next few weeks you don't have to go it alone.

Finding the Balance - 12 Week Coaching Program (currently unavailable)

In this program I will explain why other diets haven’t worked and why a personalized holistic approach blending theories from the East and West is a much better way. You can have lasting results if you make slow methodical lifestyle changes. Habits aren’t formed in a day. They take time and effort. I will be your accountability partner and we will focus on progress, not perfection on this journey to looking and feeling your best.

This program is for people who want to:

  • improve digestion
  • speed up their metabolism
  • have more energy
  • kick sugar cravings
  • sleep better
  • feel better
  • have a more active lifestyle
  • shed those extra pounds

What you get:

  • Free initial 30 minute consultation
  • 6 - 60 minute one-on-one sessions (every other week)
  • Unlimited email support

Each session is tailored to your needs and goals.  Topics we may cover are (but not limited to) improved digestion, sugar cravings, hydration, macro vs. micro nutrients, active lifestyle and yoga, elimination diets, grocery shopping, getting more plants on your plate, getting a better nights sleep, self care, relationships, foods to avoid, natural remedies, essential oils, meditation and breathing.

What it looks like:

  • You inquire about an initial consultation.
  • You fill out a Health History and Information intake form.
  • We meet for a 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
  • If we decide to work together I send you an invoice.
  • Once received we will schedule our first full coaching session and you will complete a 3 day food diary.
  • We will meet every 2 weeks via skype or phone call.
  • Each session we will celebrate victories, review goals, cover new topics and set actionable steps for the next two weeks.
